The ring I ordered doesn’t fit, can I exchange it?
Yes, please message me through the contact form about needing to exchange it. I typically allow up to 14 days from the order date to do an exchange. You will be required to send the ring back in its original condition and cover the mailing cost. Once I have received the returned ring, I will promptly send out a replacement in the size that you need. I always recommend getting sized by a jeweler if you are unsure about your finger size before placing a ring order.
Is the confetti used in your products from actual shows?
Absolutely, all of it has been gathered from the GA floor by my hands 🙂
Can you make an item using the confetti I collected?
Sure, of course! Just message me through the contact page before placing your order to let me know. I will provide the address where you can send your confetti. Once I receive your confetti, I will make and ship your item within 2 business days typically. I normally just need one piece of confetti for each color.
My item broke, can I get it replaced?
If you have ordered an item within the last 30 days and it has broke, please message me as soon as possible. The products I make normally hold up very well, but they are made of resin, which can be damaged due to extra stress or heavy usage.
My order hasn’t arrived yet, help!?
Each order mailed out will have a tracking number provided by the USPS. If you have any concerns about delivery, please feel free to message me and I will happily look into it. Please note that delivery times can be delayed these days.
